Retreats and Immersions
This is a booking policy for our retreats and immersions at the Sat Yoga Ashram in Costa Rica. This is not a booking policy for our guided meditations and online meditation courses
Reservations & Payment
A $500 reservation fee is required to hold a space of which $150 is nonrefundable. Reservations are not guaranteed until full payment has been made.
Full payment is due 45 days prior to the start of the program. If registering within 45 days of the program, full payment is due upon approval. A $100 late fee will be charged for payments received within 7 days of the program start date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Session must be paid in cash.
Private Room Supplement
Private rooms with a shared bathroom are available on a first come first-served basis.
Private room supplement for a 7 day/9 day retreat: $300/$400
Private room supplement for a 10 day Immersion Program/Ashram Experience $400
Private room supplement for a 4-week Immersion Program/Ashram Experience $600

More than 14 days prior to the program start date: A full refund will be issued less a non-refundable $150 reservation fee plus applicable bank commissions.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to the program start date: No refund will be issued.
Cancellation of the Program
If for an unforeseen reason a program must be cancelled, participants will be notified immediately and any contributions received will be applied to a future Sat Yoga program. If desired, your contribution will be returned in full.
Terms and Conditions
Maintaining the integrity of the ashram is of utmost importance. Guests are expected to adhere to the Ashram guidelines (both written and given orally in the registration process and during the orientation meeting upon arrival). Guests that are involved in activities that are prohibited or disruptive will be asked to leave immediately without reimbursement.
Sat Yoga is not responsible for theft or loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings. Although Sat Yoga makes every effort to offer a safe and healthful environment, the ashram cannot be responsible for illness, personal health conditions, injury or death during one’s stay. Nor can the ashram assume responsibility for such unlikely occurrences such as fire, explosion, earthquake, river flow, road conditions or Acts of God.
Each participant is responsible for his/her own medications and vitamins. If you are prone to
sickness, please come prepared.
Sat Yoga requires all visitors to have appropriate medical and emergency insurance and be prepared to have the means to financially cover the expenses incurred of any eventuality that may arise while at the ashram.
